Palestine in my Camera

Palestine in My Camera

Well. i used to know that Palestine is about 27.000 square kilometers. But now i know that this fact is not existed any more. I have to look in another way, maybe i have to count the places we're STILL living in, or maybe i have to LOOK at the map over again. Maybe through this i can see the new palestine which became 6000 square kilometers included lots of settlements. This is the new palestine that i will look for it into the map hardly, to know if it is still existed or not.

I used to listen to the names of locations that were belong to us, the places or locations were in the map years and ages ago, i know that there is lots of names i read about in books "Haifa, Jaffa, Nazareth, Tiberias, Akka, ...etc" were ours and now those are for israel, and wonder if its estimated for me to visit those places oneday. I knew from grandfathers that those cities were full of palestinians inhabitants one day but now it is controlled by israel, and barely we can take permissions to get or visit there, if they allow for us to apply for permissions, at first.

Well. i read news, why not ?! I read others writers wrote about us and about our land and about our suffering in our daily life, i wonder if i am still alive to realize those daily life problems, i realized through those writers articles that am not alive or i have no feelings any more, i realized that the palestinians living in palestine, they do know everything in it's depth, but others from other cultures do know everything in it's Underact . Am not underestimate the Respect for anyone but in return i don't know about others as much as i know my Palestine.

I Discuss certain topics and issues sometimes with one of my colleagues at work, and at the end we discover that we are talking about palestine. What a Dialogue Service is that ? we can't end our conversations talking about things else, we're actually always talking about the Dilemma of it's Location between the Mediterranean Arab countries and the dilemma of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the resolutions of international legitimacy and the people who intervened to resolve this conflict.
some of the foreigners of my friends that i met in my life, were blaming me for not being a decision maker or at least not being an impact on policy, they don't know that politics is merely a revolt against the laws from the same people and the governors. If they were palestinians, they won't ask about the reasons that creat those Rebellious.
Well, how can i describe my feelings talking about the "Shortcut-Palestine", about the pain that we're living in day by day?
i will give one example: One of my friends who's living in USA complaining of not having fun the way she is seeking, she was depressed, having 5 days work and 2 days off, and hundreds of public places, gardens, pools, casinos, Discos and night clups, PASSPORTS, money, water, streets, universities, cars, credit card... everything is Nasty "she says"
Do you know why ? because she is not living in here "Palestine", she is not suffering, she is not appreciating her life, she is not suffering the severance of water or the inspections on the checkpoints, she is not living life without public gardens or casinos or discos or money or WITH WALL and SETTLEMENTS....etc, She is just not living here.
I know how may i end my writing about palestine "only one sentence won't change it" even if palestine is not mine any more.

I DO NOT REGRET NOT BEING SOMEONE ELSE
